Functional and Holistic Health Solutions was founded by, S. Wade Crowson, MSN, CFMP, a holistic practitioner, with a vision for a more natural and individualized approach to health and wellness. He has 30 years of previous experience as a registered nurse with 10 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner. We believe a root cause analysis is critical in identifying specific areas of focus for improving deficiencies. At Functional and Holistic Health Solutions, we believe that true health is not just the absence of disease, but a state of balance and harmony in body, mind, and spirit. We strive to address the root causes of our clients' health concerns, rather than just treating symptoms, and to empower them to take an active role in their own healing journey.
