Yolanda has worked in insurance her whole career. She retired from the Allstate claims department and has worked part-time as our office specialist on claims since 2011. She knows the claims process front to back. She’s willing to help answer questions customers might have related to claims.
Krystal joined the team in 2019 and has worked in insurance since 2005. She loves getting to know customers and assisting them with their immediate and long-term insurance needs. She's married with three kids and loves spending time with family and friends.
