  Dr. David Simek

  General Dentist

  Growing up in Lubbock was a great experience for me. I enjoyed activities such as farming and ranching with my family, as well as competing in tennis and baseball. These life experiences helped set my foundation for growth at Texas Tech University. My passion for artistic creativity and building relationships led me to Dallas, where I pursued a doctorate degree at Baylor College of Dentistry. After graduating from dental school I was blessed to spend one year training in advanced dental techniques at Saint Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City. This time allowed me to gain invaluable experience treating complicated cases, medically compromised patients and providing IV sedation dentistry. Since returning to Lubbock, I am honored to work with a dental team that shares my vision and desire to provide the highest level of care. I have also had the wonderful opportunity to serve hundreds of people by providing surgery services as a clinical instructor at UMC Hospital. In my “free time” I enjoy cultivating and maintaining our saltwater reef aquarium. Learning about the different oceanic creatures and how to care for them is fascinating and relaxing.   Dr. Twain Henery II

  General Dentist

  As an individual raised in Lubbock, I’ve always valued ethics and strong community. It’s true… There’s nothing like the hospitality of West Texas, and that’s why I came home after practicing dentistry in Dallas for several years. I’m excited to be here and I’m excited to protect the smiles of West Texas. I attended Frenship High School before studying biology and chemistry at Prairie View A&M University. While completing my undergraduate degree, I attended a seminar that connected my love for drawing and building relationships to the profession of dentistry. That life changing day set me on a journey to Dallas, Texas where I earned my doctorate degree in dental surgery from Texas A&M College of Dentistry. I love seeing people smile, and I love building relationships. Some of my favorite hobbies include volunteering, spending time with loved ones, and traveling to new lands. While studying at Texas A&M College of Dentistry, I started a volunteer organization for dental students called LIGHT. It was an amazing experience that continues to build leaders, unity, and service throughout Texas. Traveling to different places with friends and family has been the highlights of my life. A couple of my favorite experiences were seeing castles in Scotland and swimming with sharks in the Galapagos Islands. Stop by the office and let me know where you’ve been!
